AUTONOMOUS GEO-DRILLING ROBOTIC SYSTEMS
An integrated crushing mechanism that is designed to crush ore barring rocks as it drills along a path way, the mechanism is located within the bit of the guide drill, and act as the first phase of crushing. Optional operation includes the bentonite foam or water mixed with the material and pumped along the Umbilical’s and flexible ducts.  For dry drilling, material is transported by compressors along the flexible ducts to the mechanized vehicle for secondary crushing and screening. For complex geologies, the guide drill can detect various geological layers as it drills and automatically adjust the thrust force of the guide drill with each layer by changing torque of the eight crawler tracks, each crawler has an integrated robotic gearing system that changes the speed and torque of the guide drill based on the data supplied by the Terrain & Geological Detection Unit and verified by the Geological Digital Analog Profiling.
